Graphic Designer
Location: Remote; Department: Marketing; Employment Type: Part-time to Full-time. Project Based.

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can capture the spirit of our brand visually—across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
Position Overview
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in concepting and producing visual assets that engage and inspire our audiences. This position requires a versatile designer who can balance creative storytelling with brand consistency, and who enjoys working across a wide range of design mediums.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-impact visual materials for digital and print, including:
- Landing pages, web pages, and digital ads
- Print ads, flyers, brochures, and posters, and email newsletters
- Social media graphics and content templates
- Logos, branding elements, and visual identity assets
- Event and experiential materials such as backdrops, banners, and pop-up displays
- Collaborate with the marketing, web, and product teams to develop creative concepts that align with business goals and brand strategy.
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards while staying fresh and engaging.
- Prepare print-ready files and work with vendors to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance campaigns and improve user engagement across channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer
- Expert proficiency - Adobe C-Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, AE), Figma, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy across digital and print formats.
- Experience designing for responsive web & landing pages with a focus on UX and conversion.
- Ability to translate brand identity into consistent, high-quality visuals across channels.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- App design or UI/UX experience for mobile platforms.
- Video design and editing (motion graphics, short promotional videos).
Product and packaging design experience. - Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Experience with AI design tools or digital automation platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Comm, Marketing, related field-or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across print and digital mediums.
